Account & Profile
You can update your dietary preferences at any time from your account settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the navigation bar
- Select My Preferences
- Navigate to the Dietary Preferences tab
- Update your dietary type, allergies, disliked ingredients, and cuisine preferences
- Click Save to apply your changes
Your updated preferences will be used for all future menu generations. Changes won't affect menus you've already created.
If you're logged in:
- Go to your account settings
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and new password
- Click Update Password
If you forgot your password:
- Go to the Login page
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset link
- Follow the link to create a new password
Reset links expire after 24 hours for security purposes.
We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account:
- Go to your account settings
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges. Contact [email protected] if you need assistance.
Menu Generation
Nutrition & Food Safety
Our AI generates estimated nutritional information based on standard ingredient databases and portion sizes. However, please note:
- Estimates only: Actual nutritional values may vary based on specific ingredients, brands, and preparation methods
- Not medical advice: Our nutritional information should not replace guidance from a registered dietitian or healthcare provider
- Portion variations: Nutritional values assume standard serving sizes
Your safety is our top priority. If you notice a recipe that contains an allergen you've specified in your preferences:
- Immediately stop using that recipe
- Report the issue by emailing [email protected] with the menu name and specific recipe
- Update your dietary preferences to ensure your allergens are correctly listed
We investigate all allergy reports within 24 hours and continuously improve our AI to prevent future occurrences.
Billing & Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your Billing page
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
What happens after cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- After your subscription ends, you'll be moved to the Free tier
- Your existing menus and recipes remain accessible
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time from the Pricing page.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing and accept:
- All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
To upgrade or change your subscription:
- Visit the Pricing page
- Select your desired plan
- Follow the checkout process
Plan changes:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Your menu generation quota updates immediately when upgrading.
