20 min 4 servings 722 cal

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 2 tsp dried dill)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green or red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup crackers (about 1 sleeve), for serving
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add tuna, red onion, celery, and dill to the bowl. Gently fold until evenly coated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and lemon juice if needed.
  4. To assemble, divide the tuna salad among 4 plates.
  5. Arrange cucumber slices, and scatter grapes alongside each plate.
  6. Serve with crackers on the side (or place a small pile on each plate just before eating).

Cooking tips

- Use drained tuna (and gently squeeze it) to keep the salad light and prevent sogginess. - For best crunch, slice cucumbers just before assembling and pat them dry with a paper towel. - If you like a creamier texture, mash a portion of the tuna with the dressing before folding everything together. - Taste and adjust with an extra squeeze of lemon or a pinch of salt right before serving. - Serve crackers on the side (or wait to add right before eating) to keep them crisp.
